Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Webinars: Refunds for webinars are not allowed. If you miss the webinar, you will be allowed to attend the webinar at a later date but refunds wont be provided. If the webinar is cancelled by Sark Labs, you will be offered the option to receive a full refund in case of cancellation. If the webinar is rescheduled by Sark Labs, you will be offered the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date. Sark Labs reserves the rights to change the dates of the webinars or reschedule the webinars due to unavoidable reasons.
Digital Downloads & Subscription Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchase. In case of technical issues with the download, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
Coaching Program (For Program tenures more than 5 days):For long duration coaching programs (typically 5 days or longer in tenure), the refund requests should be submitted within the refund deadline. The refund deadline for all coaching program is 100 Days. Meaning, refund request must be submitted before 100 days from the purchase of the coaching program. Also, the "results refund" request cannot be submitted before 70 days of enrollment into the coaching program. This timeline is decided keeping in mind the customer has experienced live coaching for 70 days to be able to draw a fair chance to try our systems. Nonetheless, the customer is admitted into the coaching program after he/she attends 5 days of Live webinar which in itself gives them a fair chance to taste our teaching methodology.
The Coaching sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled by Sark labs. You will be provided with a new date in case of such an event. If you miss the coaching session, users will be provided with a repeat session of a future date or recordings whichever is beneficial. Rescheduling of coaching sessions will be considered on a case by case basis.
Consulting Services:All sales of consulting services are final and non-refundable. Consulting services are billed according to the agreed-upon contract. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Exceptions:No refunds will be issued for products or services that have already been delivered or consumed. Special conditions or exceptions may apply, as outlined in the specific product or service terms. The satisfaction of our users with our products is important to us. If after completing all the necessary steps you have not achieved results you can contact us and we will do everything necessary for you to meet your goals with use of your products successfully. If for any reason we are unable to help you and you have shown us that you have completed all the necessary steps to complete the course/training/webinar/etc., we will issue you a refund with mutual discussion and agreement.
All Refund requests for PRODUCTS mentioned above must meet the following requirements:Refund requests must be submitted within the refund deadline (start/end) from the date of product purchase.
Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
The user must demonstrate that the user made the necessary efforts to complete the training/course/live coaching. If the user did not complete the training/tasks/worksheets/tasks/fun activities or did not implement the strategies taught in the products, the refund will be denied. A "Proof of Completion" checklist will be provided to the user upon his/her refund request to allow him/her an opportunity to showcase the work completed. A 1-1 call will also be conducted to discuss the feedback and verify that all the activities are completed. This is done to avoid any refund requests by users who do not commit to the program and request for refund due to their failure and commitment. Completion of work after submitting the refund request will not be considered. It should be noted that any improvement will be considered as improvement and any unrealistic expectations with respect to the outcome will not be considered or entertained as a refund basis.
If the user downloads the course material or content and immediately makes the request for a refund, the refund will be denied.
In the event that the user requests a refund but does not provide proof of completing the assignments/worksheets/applications contained in the product and the refund is denied, the user or student will continue to receive support from Sark Labs in the purpose of successfully completing the product purchased action items.
In the case of payment through PayPal, this policy does not cover PayPal's warranty policy, in the case of requesting a refund through PayPal, your refund request will be denied under the terms of this policy.
In the event that the refund request is denied for any of the above reasons and the user makes the refund request through PayPal, the refund request in PayPal will also be denied for the same reasons.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your refund request has been received and approved, please allow 3 to 7 business days for the request to be processed and resolved. The refund request will be answered negatively or positively. In the event that the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. If after 7 business days you have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact information. If the refund conditions mention more than 100% refund, Sark will hold the right to refund this in the form of cash or otherwise that holds similar value
PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted Payment Methods: Sark Labs accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways such as Razorpay. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
Recurring Payments: For subscription-based services or recurring payments, the payment will be automatically charged to your selected payment method at the agreed-upon intervals. You will be notified before any renewal charges are processed, and you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified, and we will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment fails multiple times, your access to the product or service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Partial Payments: In cases of partial payments, you are not eligible for applying for refund as refund will only be considered when full payment is made and all the completion terms are followed. In cases of default, where customer has made the partial payment but is not responsive to make the pending payment, no refunds will be given. Sark Labs would reserve the right to provide partial access or deny complete access to learning materials, live calls, etc. in such cases. A fair decision would be taken considering the customers situation in such cases. The maximum number of 1-1 calls in cases of partial payments will be 1 call and that will be the onboarding call, unless exceptional cases where another call is needed. Sark will hold the right to not share the document of the Brain Analysis report in cases of partial payments to prevent users from tricking the system by making partial payment and getting consultations and not making the full payment while availing our services causing us financial and resource utilization losses. In cases of partial payments, the remaining payment has to be completed within the next 30 days after the 1st Installment. Students not making the payment in time have to inform via email about the same. With mutual discussion, Sark would extend the 30 day deadline to 45 days or similar but failing to still meet the new deadline would results in temporary pause of all services and access to all learning materials. After the pause, if still not clear communication about final payment is made by the student, the access and services will be stopped without any refund of the partial payment made.
1-1 Calls:In cases where 1-1 calls are part of the deliverables it has to be noted that the number of calls included will be mentioned in your deliverables. At sections where the number of 1-1 calls are not explicitly mentioned it is to be considered that this shall be 1 call only. It is to be noted that students cannot abuse the 1-1 calls deliverables creating denial of service to other students in the learning community. Also, Sark will conduct more than the specified calls to improve the probabilities for the student to get better and faster results. But this should be case by case basis.
Taxes and Additional Charges:Prices listed for products and services may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. Any additional charges or fees, such as currency conversion fees, will be your responsibility.
Invoicing:If applicable, invoices for services will be issued according to the terms agreed upon during the purchase process. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
